None, that I know of.
I am running Twonky 5 on FC10 and am not having any dramas with detection from media players.
My installation is largely vanilla, although I have installed all of the optional transcoding packages to go with it.

This update seems to have stopped crashing Windows Media Player (Running on Vista 64). It still doesn't show my PS3 in the recognised clients list though. The Windows Media Player automatically populated itself, but it was doing that before the update. Am I supposed to be able to populate that list ...

Seeing as no amount of database refreshes or rebuilds would fix this problem I decided to completely wipe out the database and configuration and start from scratch. deleted all contents (recursively) of /root/.Twonkymedia After the database was rebuilt, the PS3 would happily see the videos again.
