Emailed support, no response.. potentially great product let down by useless support which makes the product unbuyable in my opinion

As is documented elsewhere here, even though the 5.0.46 version installed fine and works fine it only streams MP3s to the 360, movies and pictures aren't showing so I guess it needs downgrading Where can I download the supposedly working version 4.4.9 or 4.4.6? No idea sorry, I just ran the program and sat back and it worked. Unfortunately if it hadn't have worked I wouldn't have a clue what to do/try next

If it helps it's an original 1.6TB Terastation (HD-HTGL) running a hacked 2.17 firmware

Tried it anyway and it installed fine

It seems a little lacking in options compared to the other version but ultimately I could select the shares and the Soundbridge saw them instantly. Am yet to try it with the 360
