Track duration incorrect on high-resolution audio
I noticed that the tack duration is showing up significantly wrong (by a factor of 3 or 4) on any high definition audio tracks, i.e. audio files with higher resolution than 16/44.1 CD-quality I get this problem for an 24bit file with 88.2 or 96.0khz. I heard from other users they have similar issues...

Twonky-folks, you should advertise this feature really well. It's value-adding! (Asuming for now it works...)

Message "Access Denied" when trying to access Twonkyserver
I suddenly get a message "access denied" when I am trying to access my music library on Twonky through whatever control point I use. This is very weird ideed - never had it before and using Twonky for a long while now.
Does anyone have a clue what this might be related to?
many thanks

Re: 5.0.65 Server release and ReadyNas Duo
I can confirm that version 5.0.65 solves the coverart pixelation issue. Database is still messy but in total this is superior to version 5.0.55 Given that version 5.1.08, called "release candidate" by the Twonky-folks, is still more of an "early alpha", version 5.0.65 is the one to go for for the mo...

Good question. I also find those annoying and pretty useless, so a check option to turn them on/Off would be a useful feature. For the time being, if you are rnnung verison 5.0.55 of Tonwkyserver and don't mind a bit of XML coding, the only way is to modify the default xml file to remove the logic f...

I would'nt see a reason why Twonky should not give us the option to turn this rescan off. Re: Coverart not showing
Embedding cover art is the way forward, as it works correctly if you "odds and ends" directories, where many items in the same folder have different artwork, as the Folder.jpg only shows the first track. I have embedded artwork in 100% of my collection, and NOTHING gets on my mediaserver without 10...

Re: Where to find TMS 5.0 updates (incl. TMS for NAS devices)
Perhaps that's why NAS is unsupported... Resources are very limited, and it seems to me that with large amounts of media, you either you get a large database on the filesystem OR a large memory footprint... This is not a new thing with V5, it's always been the case.. Perhaps for the server to move ...

Re: Where to find TMS 5.0 updates (incl. TMS for NAS devices)
There definitly is a problem with the way the database is build (and managed) in version 5.0.55 of Twonky. Several users have reported this issue (see also http://www.twonkyforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=6219). Version 5.0.55 can completely lockup your NAS if you have a large library or are somewhat ...

Coverart scaling issue in Twonky 5.0.55
I noticed that coverart quality is poor in Twonky 5.0.55 running on a readynas NV+ This might be related to coverart rescaling, which one could switch off in version 4.4.9. This option has disappeared in version 5. We would need this feature back or some other route to get coverartdeisplay quality b...

yes, the "ipod-like" sort-order is defunct in version 5.0.55 Example: On ipod of I browse by "Composer", and select a sepcific composerm I get "Album" as next level, then followed by the individual tracks - which makes a hellufalot of sense. Just to chip in here. Back in the old days, with 4.x, every node you added in the custom view massively increased the memory footprint of the server.
