Have you got any speed problems when you access to twonky on the nslu from a different network ? Im a newbie to this, so i havn't got as far as accessing Twonky from outside my network. I've played with the web interface, and while it isn't fast, theres no way it should be causing anything like the...

How quick is your setup, if you just connect from a PC on your home network?

Have you tried without the firewall on your NSLU2?

Have you tried removing the NSLU2 firewall, and setting your router to only allow your works IP address?

The 360s media capabilties are basic at best. They work well, just a pity only the basis are available. Its very interesting, that Microsoft are soo forward thinging about the gaming side of their consoles, yet they really dont understand the multi-media side of things. Forums like this show people ...

A working uninstaller!!!

As a newbie, i've been playing with various versions, to see which is most stable, an has all the features i need.

As such i've run the existing uninstaller (for the Linksys NSLU2) a couple of times, and i was amazed that nothing seemed to have been removed.

5.x is pretty unstable on the NSLU2 in my experience.

4.x seems far more stable for me.

I had that, and it turned out to be a problem with my PCs firewall. I disabled the firewall, and it worked first time.
