Re: How to Create Your Own Custom Navigation Trees
Thanks Rick - that was really fast! Hopefully the tree guru will help figure this out!

YouTube only showing first 4 in MY FAVORITE VIDEOS
I've been doing some testing with 5.1.2. I wasn't able to see any of My Favorite Youtube videos under 5.0.61, however I'm getting better results under 5.1.2. However, it is really strange. I have 12 videos marked in my Youtube account as favorites. Under the configuration of TwonkyMedia Server, I've...

Re: How to Create Your Own Custom Navigation Trees
Per the last post, attached please find the three files I noted in the prior post. 5.0.61.lowcustom.view.xml - this is the original custom file for 5.0.61. I made no changes to the default.view.xml that was shipped with 5.0.61 so this file has everything. 5.1.2.lowcustom.view.xml - this is the new c...

Re: How to Create Your Own Custom Navigation Trees
I've been using the Custom Navigation Trees with version 5.0.61 and am very happy how they are implemented. I've been looking forward to upgrading to 5.1.2. After getting the document changes for the nav trees, I've been trying and trying for over a week to replicate how my custom trees work in 5.0....

Re: How to Create Your Own Custom Navigation Trees
Rick -
Any status on DLNA-1804, the custom nav tree document for Version 5.1 of the server? I upgraded to 5.1.2 today, but was not able to make my custom view work from 5.0.61. There appear to be several key changes and without the doc, I was forced to return to 5.0.61.
Thanks, Craig

Re: iTunes Import / Scanning not working
Silly me - the main twonky .ini file had the wrong path. Changed that and presto - my playlists are now showing up!

Re: How to Create Your Own Custom Navigation Trees
When I started customizing the trees - I was making changes in the default.view (which I know is not a good idea - but was having trouble using a separate one at first). I was concerned after eliminating all the "multiview" tags. Once I did that, other views started to invade my specific view. I've ...

iTunes Import / Scanning not working
I'm using the latest version of TwonkyMedia Server (5.0.61) on an HP MediaSmart Server. I uninstalled the provided TwonkyMedia Server from HP and installed the full product directly on the server. At my first install, I unchecked the box to do the iTunes scan. After I was satisfied will all my setti...

Re: How to Create Your Own Custom Navigation Trees
I love the flexibility with this view.xml file! Three questions: 1. There seems to be a new attribute within container called 'multiview' - does anyone know what that does? 2. I don't really get what the restricted flag does - does anyone know why/how I would use this? 3. I've setup a variation unde...
