At the moment it's reporting 15, as I have changed it the other day. However, I've downloaded a few new videos and still they are not showing up, either on the PS3 or via the MediaBrowser. Only a manual scan seems to jog it into action.
Streaming etc is otherwise faultless.

Twonky 5.0.61 does not auto-scan new content any more.
Hi everyone, I'm using Twonky Server 5.0.61 on Ubuntu Jaunty 9.04. At first everything seemed to go fine until one night I shut down the machine and got an error thrown up about twonky's permission being denied. I had to force a shutdown in the end. Since then, Twonky no longer automatically updates...

Re: recent xbox 360 update
Wireless connections always struggle, even with standard def feeds. Use wired if possible and that should eliminate the problem.

Re: Linux server losing connection with receivers
Hi, I'm running 5.0.61 with Ubuntu 9.04 on a far less powerful machine so don't worry, it's not your computer as such that's the problem. Are all devices using the same MTU? I've heard many a time about networking issues where connections break for seemingly no reason and MTU was the factor. Also yo...

Re: No Autostart, no device found, mac address request problems
A bit late but you may find that your default runlevel is 2, not 3, so placing a script to load twonky in runlevel 3 never gets loaded. An easy way to find out which runlevel you are using is to open up the terminal and type "runlevel" (minus the quotes). On my Ubuntu Jaunty installation, it returns...

Same here. Except when I fill in the details of my flickr and other accounts, it's all forgotten on the next visit.

Re: twonky sees my 360 but it wont stream anything
Odd, I'm running the 32-bit version of jaunty with 5.0.61 and all formats work except for wmv for me.

Re: PS3 Firmware 3.0 - No problems for me.
I can also confirm Firmware 3.0 (and now 3.0.1) works with Twonky 5.0.61. The only annoying thing about firmware 3.0 (in my opinion) is that all the track names fade out after a few seconds, just leaving the one you are looking at highlighted. This is a PS3 problem however and no fault of Twonky. I ...

Streaming to other PCs?
Hi, I've just purchased TMS and installed 5.0.61. Everything is going great. Streaming to the PS3 and XBOX 360 simple, and quick. However, I have an issue with streaming to my two other Windows XP machines. Browsing to the management page is fine, but when I try to view a file, it insists on trying ...
