Video, server has 500gb. wired network
I turned on rebuild database last night because its not seeing my media on the ps3 and its 6hrs later and its still on the please wait screen. How long does this take?

I go into the twonky icon on the ps3 and im getting "there are no titels" ive rebuild twonky and scanned the directories and im still getting this. Sharing directory seems to be set up right. I have a sister that seems to not want to put down her ipod touch, I believe it has streaming capiblity is there anyway to stream videos to it with twonky, I saw the facebook notice of streaming music and photos but I want video I'm just greedy like that lol

Bump I tired renaming mp4s to m4v but it only worked on one of them. What is up with this nothing works but wmv is that the only format that works?

I'm in the same boat. I installed twonky server on ubuntu jaunty. The only format I've been able to stream so far is a windows media format. Is there on the fly transcoding cause not even avi's are working and xbox put out a patch for those.

I just installed it on a Ubuntu amd64, and set it up on the twonky media server config. I thought all I had to do for it was add it was a 360 and the mac address. What did i miss?

Haviing trouble installing twonky for ubuntu
I'm trying to install the linux trial version, when I click on the twonky.sh like the guide says It seems to want to open with wine, which fails. I'm confused with the install of it in terminal cause it's not using apt-get in the directions.
