Thanks for the hint. I have LightsOut running on my WHS and put "TwonkyMedia" in the list of services (German: Dienste) to stop/start during hibernate/wake-up. I will view the behaviour for some days and come back here to share my experience.

TMS always reports trail license expired after resume on WHS
Hi all When WHS is resuming after hibernate, TMS always reports trial license has been expired. In order to solve this issue, I have to reboot WHS. After reboot, TMS works fine. The license key have been purchased on Nov 21, 2009. As said, it works as expected after boot on WHS. TwonkyMedia version ...
