No, they're located on a local drive on the server. The path isn't mapped - there's a direct access.

since I upgraded to 5.1.3 videos can not be found by the server any longer. There are no problems with the photo-path/music-path.

Are there any hints to solve this problem?

I've just found one problem/bug: Obviously, the scanned tags in mp3-files are case-sensitive: two files with the artist tags 'Queen' and 'queen' will result in the music-tree in two different artists.
