Re: Navtree (How to show folders at the root solved and more
Dear Phibertron, after moving the contents of "by folder" to the top of the navtree some files were missing - all MKV, more or less the last files to be displayed (alphabet) - but when I move then at least one folder downwards TMS immediately has them. They will not be shown on my WD TV Live HD or b...

Re: Navtree (How to show folders at the root solved and more
Dear Phibertron, another update and I think a pretty interesting one: it is working on my Buffalo LinkStation Pro V2 (1TB) which displays the following... Version: 6.0.32 Videos: 346 Server build date: Mar 10 2011 p28 But THE SAME configuration files are NOT working on my Buffalo LinkStation Live (2...

Re: Navtree (How to show folders at the root solved and more
Dear Phibertron, I already had everything in place - I even saw that you moved the content from inside the video container to the top - but since I could not understand why I would not work if I just deleted the lines I did not try to just move the lines. Thank you so much, it is working like charm ...

Re: Navtree (How to show folders at the root solved and more
Dear Phibertron, I read your navtree thread and tried scenario 1 ( http://twonkyforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=9353&p=34320#p34292 ) to not show "by folder" but everything that's within this folder at the video root of the navtree, so my Twonky client would show all this content immediately when I ch...

Re: What means the "t" ?
I think I saw this - combined with a veeery long scanning time - when I first started a new version which builds up a new database. Not when scanning all files for the first time, but afterwards, when all the files are already available, Twonky seems to thoroughly scan ripped DVDs / VOB files and MP...

Re: Documentation / manual of ini settings
@Phibertron: You are right, I would not have solved the issue with documenation, I think I haven't made myself very clear what I wanted to point out here... When I found the topic on the NP2900 it said to configure IP address listening in general, but said nothing about SSDP. So I tried to edit the ...

Re: Documentation / manual of ini settings
Again, just solved another problem with my new Philips NP2900 not being able to "see" my Twonkys (Buffalo LinkStations, TMS build 6.0.32) by using this post... http://www.twonkyforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=7355&p=28677&hilit=np2900#p28677 ...but still haven't received documentation for ini settings...

Re: Scan order of content locations
I also cleared this up with Twonky support - seems that it is not yet implemented and the order in which the configured content locations will be scanned gets mixed up almot every time.
Cheers,
Martin

Re: How does aggregation of Twonky Servers work?
Hi Georg,
I got it cleared up with Twonky support, it is now working perfectly - aggregation needs to be turned on ONLY on the main machine which you intent to solely use.
Cheers,
Martin

Re: Are You Happy With Your Noxon Hardware?
Yes, I am happy with my Noxon iRadio, but I am having trouble using letters to "jump" to folders when I have chosen msuic / by folder. If using "Artist/Album" it works; latest firmware installed. Will give the iRadio to the kids, thinking about buying a Logitech Squeezebox Touch for my stereo in the...

Scan order of content locations
Every time I start up my Twonky Servers (both version 6.0.30) on Buffalo Linkstation Live & Pro the order in which the TS scans the content locations is mixed up. I would like TS to scan the incoming files first, then videos, music directories afterwards and photo last to have to possibility to inst...

How does aggregation of Twonky Servers work?
I have just bought an additional license for my second Linkstation and enabled aggregation - first on both machines, which lead into a dead end because both NAS machines were working all the time - but with only the main Linkstation (Live) enabled I cannot find the files from the first Twonky Server...

TMS 6.0.1 - bugs and comments
I'll hereby open another thred for the new version 6.0.1 since the 6.0.0 was unusable for me because it did not pick up any MKV file for my installation on a Bufallo Linkstation Pro. The new 6.0.1 is working great, everything now installs perfectly, the flash web pages now work without my help, all ...

Documentation / manual of ini settings
Hi, I am using TMS since version 4.4.x on my Buffalo Linkstation Pro, testing now V. 6.x but currently running 5.1.3-dev which is the latest with "support" of MKV files. My problem is that I cannot find a complete manual where all settings of the file "twonkymedia-server.ini" are documented. I even ...

Re: TMS 6.0.0 - bugs and comments
Installed 6.0 (Jun 6 2010 p0) on my Linkstation Pro and same problem as with 5.1.5 and 6.0 RC4 - MKV files are not listed in my database (this was working in 5.1.3-dev). Additionally /mnt/disk1/twonky/resources/remote/themes/default/defaultStyles.swf was not automatically copied; after copying from ...

Re: Status of TwonkyMedia Server on various NAS
Hi, I was running 4.4.6 perfectly on my Buffalo LinkStation Pro (V2, 1TB) for some time, just upgraded to 5.1.3-dev, which is also up, but not 100% OK - eg. DB rebuild every time the system restarts. Although 5.1.5 is running better than 5.1.3-dev, it is missing all MKV files and also rebuilding its...

Re: DB rebuild
Hi, same here, just upgraded my Buffalo LinkStation Pro (V2) from 4.4.6 - which was running perfectly - to 5.1.3-dev. Every time I start my LinkStation it completely rebuilds the data base (around 16000 files) which takes approx. 17 minutes. Additionally I cannot restart the Twonky Server as it leav...
