The Linux version of twonky has a bug that screws up the file paths. The result is the playlists show up but they are empty. I wrote my own script to process iTunes playlists. It works with v6.x. I just upgraded to Twonkyserver version 6.0.28 on Linux and I still have this problem. The playlist names show up and they show the correct number of songs, but when you click on the playlist it's empty.
