Snag with Samsung AllShare
I just bought a new Samsung TV (PN51E550) and Blu Ray player (BD-E5900) and I'm running into a little glitch using AllPlay to play music stored a on a Western Digital Network drive that runs TwonkyServer. The problem is that when I go to play a music album, the tracks on the album are ordered alphab...

Re: Navtree (How to show folders at the root solved and more
I'm mostly happy with the default navigation, except that when I am in "Artist / Index" or "Artist Album" and have multiple albums by an artist, the albums are sorted alphabetically rather than chronologically. I would prefer that the albums be sorted chronologically (Neil Young / Everyone Knows Thi...

Problem streaming photos to Samsung PN63C590 TV
I was having a problem streaming photos on my Samsung PN63C590 TV last night. I have my photos stored on a Western Digital MyBook World Edition NAS running TwonkyServer 6.0.32. I could happily find the photos in the various folders using my Samsung TV and then view the contents of a folder as a slid...

Re: TwonkyServer 6.0.30 is Now Available!
Hi Guys, Is anyone else having issues with 6.0.30 and viewing full size JPG pictures? Since upgrading my WD MyBook World Edition NAS (wight light) which serves my Samsung UA46C8000 TV, JPG preview thumbnails work but full size doesn't (it just shows the default camera icon when you click on the pic...

Re: Reduced Photo Resolution using Twonky Server 5.1
I've got the problem fixed for my Denon. On another forum, I found a post that said that editing Twonky's "clients.db" file and inserting the line "XM:NOTRPICS" in the part of "clients.db" devoted to your device might work. In the header area of the clients.db file, it explains that the "XM:NOTRPICS...

Re: Reduced Photo Resolution using Twonky Server 5.1
... and the good news is that a firmware upgrade is pretty easy for me to install on the NAS. And the bad news is that it will probably be a couple of months before Western Digital's QA department is prepared to release any firmware upgrade that you come up with.

Reduced Photo Resolution using Twonky Server 5.1
I am using a Western Digital My Book World Edition II (WDH2NC20000N) along with a Denon AVR-3310CI receiver. Twonky Media server (version 5.1?) came pre-installed. Everything works great for audio. For photos, I have no problem acessing photos stored on the MyBook NAS, however, Twonky Media server r...
