FFmpeg thumbnail batch script
Hey, Since I wanted my movies to have thumbnails I decided to write a little script that goes through my library and creates them using ffmpeg. Since it's pretty much finished right now I decided to share it :D Hope anyone else finds this useful @echo off if exist done.txt (dir /s /b /o -s *.mp4 *.m...

6.0.32 and Samsung TV
Hey, So I've been running 6.0.31-RC6 on my NAS so far, and wanted to upgrade to .32. I've upgraded twonky on my NAS quite a few times, which means logging in through SSH, downloading the kirkwood package, backing up my current twonky directory and then deleting the old files and copying over the new...

Re: TwonkyServer 6.0.30 is Now Available!
Awesome! Finally updated NAS build and hence working mkvs on samsung TVs! I also noticed that for me skipping ahead in movie files works waaaaaaaaaay better, did anything change there? What I mean is that on 6.0.23, high bitrate movies would rebuffer when skipping ahead, now they're butter smooth. T...

Re: TwonkyServer MKV & Samsung Issue
Should be the newest available through the samsung site, 1014 Built on 2010/09/18 Which I'm pretty sure differs from the higher C series, as the 6000 has lots of fancy stuff disabled (no PVR, no internet@TV, only miss PVR though) Edit: Twonky version is 6.0.30 Running on a Linkstation XHL 2TB. Also ...

Re: TwonkyServer MKV & Samsung Issue
@KamikaZee. Are you talking of files played from USB or DLNA? Since for files played from DLNA it does not work (at least on my C6500). The buttons on the remote control are actually working this way with files played from DLNA: Cross Right: skips always 15 sec. forward (no matter how long is press...

Re: TwonkyServer MKV & Samsung Issue
They skip for more than 10 secs if you hold the key. I'd say they are actually more useful than reg ffwd/rev.

Re: TwonkyServer MKV & Samsung Issue
Hello, First of thank you for the support and for working on the problem. I own a 6 series LCD (which should be a 2010 model I believe) and I currently can not play back most of my movies. My NAS (Buffalo Linkstation Pro XHL) used to run twonky server version 4.4 (at least I think so) and under that...
