I also just checked out your file, and indeed the samsung TV does not support your file.
In case somebody is interested, I found only one difference between my working files and this one that did not work: the frame rate. Your file has 30 frames per second, my files hadf 15fps.

I don't have this specific Samsung TV available, but in some models the fast forward/rewind actions are not controlled by the dedicated keys, when playing network media. Instead, you need to use arrow right/arrow left buttons.
Is this the case here?
