If you mean the desc for mkv to ffmpeg here you go. I never came across one specific for Panasonic. Twonky transcoding, but not streaming.
I'm running the current 6.0.32 server on a Ubuntu 11.04 64bit machine. Twonky has been filling up my drive with transcoded copies of my video files and my Panasonic DMP-BDT210 Blu-ray player still has grayed out files and the "cannot play" error.
