yes, but I wanted to shut off the DHCP on the SMC and set everthing fixed. Then run DHCP on the e4200 only for connected decvices but I could never get that to work fully. It seems to work by using DHCP in the SMC and I turned off DHCP in the e4200. At one point when i clicked on the Twonky player in the network under "my computer" I was given an option to share with the local network or share with all networks. The SMC gateway Comcast gives does not have wireless capability so that answeres 1 and 3. As for port forwarding that is one way to set things up because I have a mail server and DNS server that need to be accessed from the Internet.
