...well... copying your URL to a notepad and saving it as a m3u and placing it where twonky looks makes the m3u visible with twonky in the playlists folder - but still unplayable. However, I can play the m3u file on my computer.

ps: how do you look 'inside' the url... btw....

How to access radio URLs in Twonky?
I have a radio URL - http://stream.voice.dk/voice128 - how exactly do I place this URL in a folder watched by Twonky so I can access it via Twonky? Should it be converted to a m3u format...? Erhhhh... I also have an URL in this format - http://www.dr.dk/netradio/Metafiler/asx/dr_p3_128.asx - same qu...

Re: Remote Twonky access - a question...
No - seems way above my abilities! Also - my Twonky is located on a Qnap NAS so I am not sure how to access the files... Anyway - Qnap has launched an app (Qmobile) so now I can access my NAS and all my music remotely. It's NOT as good as having remote Twonky access - but it's working ok on my iPad2...

My twonky 6.0.30 is situated on a qnap nas. Twonky detects all my m3u playlists in the playlist node - but I can't play them... Should it work or is this to be expected?

My music (and Twonky server) is stored on a Qnap TS-109 and I am able to access the Twonky webbrowser from afar by my-ip:9000\webbrowse. (I have portforwarded my NAS-ip to port 9000). But - on that page when clicking on the music node - the ip changes from my-ip (8x.xx.xxx.xxx) to the internal NAS-i...

I have been using Twonky for many years but since 4.x I have not been able to update my Maxtor Shared Storage Plus. When running Nassetup with the 5.x series and now 6 RC2 I always get this error message: 'wget: server returned error 404:HTTP/1.1 404 not found'. What is the meaning of this - anyone ...

I don't agree. Of all the tonnes of gadgets I have bought through the years Lacie's support has actually been quite good. ThyMaster - you are probably right - I am sorry to say. Since Twonky is the only GOOD UPnP mediaserver working on a NAS it is SO sad nothing happens. Only one explanation in a capitalistic world seems logical: The demand must be way too small. How sad.

I got the 605wifi yesterday and it picked up my Twonky 4.4 (on a NAS) quickly. However, navigating with Twonky is not functioning too well on the Archos. Clearly TwonkyVision has not tailormade Twonky for Archos. Any chance they will?!

Nope - it's the 4.3. The Lacie system software 1.1.1 INCLUDES 4.3. But you get NO access to Twonky with 1.1.1 alone. What's new is the extra file that finally allows you to access the administration page. Great! I am so grateful about this development. I've had Twonky on my MSS+ for a couple of year...
