Upgrade twonky media server?

I have a linksys e4200 v2 with the latest firmware Firmware Version: 2.0.37
The version of the twonkie media server is 6.0.32... and I believe this forum shows a later version v7.0.9.
So how would I upgrade the server without linksys issuing a new firmware version?

Re: Panasonic TC-P32X3 and Twonky on a Linksys E4200.

What happens to image quality when converting avi files to MPEG-2?
Is there a potential for a loss of image quality?

Is there a resolution implicated by MPEG-2? i.e. 1080i or 720p etc?

Re: Panasonic TC-P32X3 and Twonky on a Linksys E4200.

I've scowered the Panasonic Web site for information and come up empty handed.

It seems that mp4 files are the most 'liked' source of video.

If you have any further information on the Panasonic then I've been able to find please let me know and TIA.

Panasonic TC-P32X3 and Twonky on a Linksys E4200.

The twonky server I'm running came with my Linksys E4200. I connected a Lacie 1TB drive to the USB Port. Now I see the filesystem and I want to copy media to the device. On my mac i see a file system: /Volumes/NEW VOLUME/twonkymedia.db 1.tms.dat 2.tms.dat 3.tms.dat 4.tms.dat 5.tms.dat 6.0.32 6.tms.d...
