Not really a solution, but I managed to solve it by using Plex instead Twonky.
Plex has been somewhat unstable for me, but since IPv6 support is must for me, then Plex it is.
An unstable service vs no service, is a no brainer

Thanks for answering. My NAS support it, because all other services on the NAS works fine with IPv6 access :) I am not using the DLNA/UPnP for these tests, its just a browser trying to connect to Twonky web ui running on my NAS. Which makes me assume all multicast settings in my network should be ju...

If I use http://[ipv6_address]:9000 there is no response, but http://ipv4_address:9000 works. So the server is running, it just seems its not answering on IPv6. For multicasts etc things should be properly configured, since other services work just fine, ie standard nas web page and ftp server etc. ...

I got Twonky running on my NAS, which is dual-stacked IPv4 and IPv6.
When accessing the NAS over IPv6 everything except Twonky seems to work fine.
Does Twonky support IPv6?
