Hi, did you have a look at my post here http://www.twonkyforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=6759 ? I believe that the following changes are necessary in order to make the streamium TVs working with TMS 5.1: So for the Philips PF series streamium TVs I would suggest the following changes to the client.db:...

Re: Are You Happy With Your Denon Hardware?
Until yesterday morning I really liked my DENON AVR 3808 device. But then I tried to do the newest firmware update (revision 02.04 from 18.08.2009) and it failed. The display said "Main Firm: 1/14 Updating: 00%" for many hours without progress - menu indicated before that the whole process should no...

Re: Philips TV 42PF9731/10 does not see TMS after upgrade to 5.1
OK - thank you so much for the help. I have it working again! :D I belive that it has been a combination of the two hints that you had given. Fixing only one of the two did not do the trick. So for the Philips PF series streamium TVs I would suggest the following changes to the client.db: 1. To prev...

Re: Philips TV 42PF9731/10 does not see TMS after upgrade to 5.1
Hi, the philips network players NP2x00 have problems to see the twonky server if the ip address in twonky config-file is not set. Hi there, thanks for the reply. Actually the ip adress was not set in my ini file. I changed it to the IP of the server. Unfortunately that did not solve my problem. I w...

Philips TV 42PF9731/10 does not see TMS after upgrade to 5.1
Hello, after upgrade to TMS 5.1 (linux) (from 5.0.68) my Philips TV 42PF9731/10 does not see the TMS anymore. Please advice. - What was changed? - Where can I help to locate the issue (logfiles do not indicate problems)? - Do you still plan to support "older" UPnP clients like the Philips Streamium ...

Re: TMS 5.1 Feedback thread
But, since TMS 5.0 my TV shows my fotos (jpeg) only as thumbnails. Now, I think, I found a solution for this issue. And now it works fine, like TMS V4.4. Cool - I had the same issue. I even created a support ticket for this one. But unfortunately I cannot test it with my TMS 5.1 linux since ...

Re: TMS 5.0 YouTube feature and Philips Streamium TV (42PF9731D)
I'm looking forward to any answers you get. I have the 37" version of your TV and have been really pleased with it. TMS 5.0.46 connects with the TV well (I don't have your problem there), but I can't watch the YouTube videos. My DivX/XViD videos stream just fine, fortunately. It would be fun to be ...

Re: Custon Navigation Tree in TMS 5.x
I'd really like to see the possibility to create my own navigation tree in Twonky Media Server 5.x It's a great feature and really keeps me away from upgrading my 4.4.11 Cheers Andreas Same here. I still cannot believe that this featute was "dropped" (was it?). Why? For simplciity of the configurat...

TMS 5.0 YouTube feature and Philips Streamium TV (42PF9731D)
Hi, I am trying to make the new TMS 5.0 YouTube feature work on my Philips Streamium TV (42PF9731D). The setup worked fine and I am able to watch the YouTube videos via TMM and Webbrowser. But I did not yet succeed with the Philips. The files are shown in the navigation tree on the Philips but they ...

Hello all, is there anybody who made VLC streaming to a streamium TV working with Twonky 4.4.4? I constantly fail. Re: Faulty Noxon 2
Did it say: "Seems to be a well known issue - they did not ask many questions. " above? Interesting - the new Noxon 2 device that I received from Terratec had the same problem recently. I have sent it back once again and got it back fixed. Now it's OK again. They marked it as "The hardware has been ...

Re: New Feature Requests
Would it be possible to have the ABC-index in the music / picture / video tree for a 2nd, 3rd, ... character as well? I have a large database and some clients are pretty slow in their navigation (e.g. DENON AVR 3808). Build in search functions do not help once you narrowed the hitlist already down b...

Remote Control Twonky Client via Web Interface?
By the way: Would it be possible to add a feature to Twonky which allows to "remote control" a client from a Web Interface. Hi Florian, I don't have issues with JPG, MP3, Shoutcast and vTuner either. It works fine on my Philips TV. And thanks to Ironheart now even DivX/xvid type of videos work fine. Maybe you can add some details about your issues with music and pics and we can try to offer some help. Best regards, Tobias

Philips Streamium TVs as Twonky clients
Hi experts, is there a specific reason why the Philips Streamium TVs 32, 37 and 42PF9731D and 42PF9831D are not listed as supported media players for Twonky? Does anyone know if the streamium capabilities of these TVs are comparable (or identical) to the other Philips Streamium devices (e.g., MX6000...

I just got my 42PF9731D/10 and I experience the same issues. The Philips software Philips Media Manager (PMM) plays much more videos than Twonky.
