Well it was a very short stay for me,hope people do try Asset instead of this.Twonky,your customer care is shite.I wonder if anyone did read my e-mails,sad state of affairs.Totally glad that I did not pay for it.

Shocking if you ask me,its there loss.Still can't believe the way they stream there artwork.IF Twonky reads these forums I just want to say to them,sort your act out,there are many hi end hi fi users out there dropping you like a hat and moving to Asset,alot of them just like me want hi rez artwork.

May I take the time to say 'Thank you for all the time you put in to try to help me'.I just hope that Twonkys team can be just as helpful in the future.

Well made my mind up,after waiting over a week for someone at Twonky to reply I have decided to delete Twonky from my NAS.Now I am running Asset with all my problems sorted,such a shame really.

This is now doing my head in,its begining to take over my life .Might now just get rid of the Cambridge and buy one of the Linn streamers as these can produce high rez artwork from Twonky.They cost an arm and a leg but I really do need the high rez artwork.Fed up.

Right lets have ago.Think you will have to type an idiots guide for every prosess,right from the start.Think of being a pilot and learning a 4 year old to fly a 747

Thank you for trying,just out of interest I tried streaming twonky to my phone,guess what the art is again poor.I can't believe that you can not change the artwork quality.

Sorry,making these changes made no difference.

In the friendly name section it reads NP30,which is the model number for the Cambridge.

Twonky plays great through the Cambridge its just the artwork which is terrible.
