Re: Stopped Running
Thought I'd answer my own question, in case anyone else had this problem. When it stops running - as it does from time to time - Re-starting doesn't fix it. Shutting Down completely and then Starting cold does. No idea why. Since it runs on my default browser (in my case, Firefox), I can't be sure t...

Stopped Running
Twonky's not running on my windows machine or showing up in my Marantz Music Server or on TVs (all of which have been working fine). Shortcut in Windows Start points to twonkeytray.exe under \Program Files (x86)\Twonky\TwonkyServer. Double-clicking this does nothing. Rebooted PC, of course. Upgraded...

Re: Rebuild Database
OK, I dunno what happened. Every time I ran the rebuild URL I got the File Not Found error (Firefox, IE, Chrome). But looking this morning, it appears that everything's back where it belongs. Guess I'm OK.

Rebuild Database
Running 8.1.2 on Windows 10. Missing songs from albums and showing songs from different albums. Assume my index is screwed up. Tried running Rescan. Not sure if this is meant to rebuild the database or not. Have 1000's of songs so would expect a rebuild to run for some time, but it takes only a few ...

Re: Compilations
Thanks. Wasn't able to make that work, however - even with my IP, it wouldn't run. Found out by experimenting that changing the "Part of a Compilation" tag to No ('0') made my test MP3 show just as I wanted. Downloaded a freeware called Mp3tag and set this to No for everything in my Compilations fol...

Compilations
Running 8.1.2. ITunes, in its wisdom, sometimes puts CDs I rip into a compilations folder. Although Album Artist and Contributing Artist show correctly for these albums, they can't be found under any of the indexes referencing Artist (the only ones I use). Only under Folder, Album, etc. (which I don...
