That is one of the channels i have tried already but Im still waiting on somebody to resolve my issue.

I am a paying customer with a product that doesn't work.
I have email previous twonky email addresses
I have since emailed via this online channel.
For both i have had no response!

Does anybody have any known contact details or customer complaints number i can use?

I posted exactly the same question to the Twonky tech support guys and ended up with a single sentence response that still made not sense to me!

Anyway you've cleared that up now, so I'll see if it works for ver 4.4.2.

Can anybody tell me how I'm meant to configure Vtuner and use it? Ive just installed Twonky 4.4.2 and enabled Vtuner When I browse i can now see years from 195x to 2007 only if i click on 2007 does the tree expand to another list of what looks like songs. If it try to click on them i get an error me...

I'm currently running ver 4.1 (very stable) and have held back from upgrading due to all the bugs reported. Can you tell me when you estimate a release of 4.5?

I have a lot of mp3's which my wife finds quite difficult to navigate through using my Denon system.

Is it possible to log albums as favorites or most frequently played?
Or even better have individual profiles?

I'm not strong in Linux either but there is a lot of information and users on this forum and Synology's that will help. I'm 99% sure they are the same apart from the PSU capacity and possible more memory. Best check the Synology boards. I can tell you that i was able to take the 406e Twonky package ...

My understanding from Synology is that the 406 & 407 have the same hardware, therefore the existing Twonky package should work for you (at the very most a few line tweaks may be needed).
