Streaming DVR-MS files onto 360 with Twonky

Hi all, Is this possible or do is the only way to stream DVR-MS through windows media center ? The reason i ask is that i use a NAS drive with twonky on and my DVR-MS files are on there converted from .TS as the 360 doesnt like those.
