Re: Is this possible?
This is weird... (no contentbase entry - running on Windows Home Server) # Content Locations contentdir=+M|D:\shares\Music,+P|D:\shares\Photos,+V|D:\shares\Videos # Video node 3 videonode3=Folder by Date,%PATH,%DATE I was running v4.4.9. I just updated it to 4.4.18 and see no difference whatsoever -...

I also just tried reversing the 2 levels (Date & Folder) in that tree. It gives the exact same results.

Re: Is this possible?
I've done that, but it doesn't work correctly. It shows goes directly to showing the list of dates of files added. I never see any folders.

Is this possible?
Right now I have my server set to show 2 different entries for my videos: Date Added & By Folder Is there any way to have it do a "Folder by date"? For example, Select "Folder by date", it then lists all folders. Go to a sub-folder, it then lists the files in order of date added. Any way to do this ...

Re: Remote access questions...
I'm having the same problem (version 4.4.9), but they Dynamic DNS & Remote Port are already correct in the ini file.
I've restarted the twonky server from the config page. Should I also restart the machine?

Netflix
It's been awhile since I've done anything with Twonky server (currently running v4.4.9), which is quite stable and does what I need.
What I'd like to know is if there's support for NetFlix in Twonky yet? If so, I'll definitely consider upgrading.

Not sure why this forum is so crap - but it is. After all, listening to music, from a media server - without having your PC on must be a priority for any music lover. Wireless is the future - but you wouldnt guess.    No documentation. If you;re a techy, wondering why something...

I'd love to see the "ALL" feature gone as well. This could be a user selectable item. Then, if the "ALL" is gone and there is only one item in the tree, say "Folders" then allow Twonky to go directly to that item. Example: Current setup: Root |-Music |-Pictures |-Video |-All Video |-Folders |-Action...

I figured out what I was doing wrong. Initially I was adding each individual genre folder to the shares list. This was giving the "combined" effect. I went in and just added the root folders for my media shares (n:\, o:\, p:\), set them all for video only and set the type to "Folder". It now display...

Can you do a screenshot of the setup you've created? I have basically the same thing - each drive has the different Genres sorted into folders. I can't get a folder display to show my layout. As an example: o:\action o:\comedy n:\action n:\comedy What I see on the screen using "Folder" with "Folder"...
