Re: SidebySide error at startup
I've logged a support ticket for this error at the beginning of July. It's now almost two months later with no resolution. I've heard nothing for a month then today I've received a request to do screen shot of the errors. I provided a copy and paste of the errors two months ago (listed below) so I f...

Re: SidebySide error at startup
I've logged a support call but it has been a very frustrating exercise.
I keep on going around in circles where they ask we how I installed it, I explain that I ran the application by running it straight on my server, then they keep on asking me the same questions over and over again.

WHS Error in Event Viewer
I've done two clean installs of WHS, and each time I install Twonky Server (for both version 6 and 6.01 RC3), I get the following errors in the System Event viewer of WHS: Event Type: Error Event Source: SideBySide Event Category: None Event ID: 32 Date: 7/07/2010 Time: 1:14:37 PM User: N/A Computer...

Re: Can't get video files to play on my Xbox 360
I also have the same issue with version 5 however the videos play fine with version 4.4.9 on the 360.
I have raised the issue with Twonky and they are currently looking into it.

So I guess there's no way for me to get support for a product I paid for?

Re: Twonky MediaServer (5.0.25) and Xbox 360 cannot find videos
Just noticed that the same thing has happended to all my pictures/photos as well. Only music seem to be ok. I've gone back to version 4.4.9 and all is working again however, seeing I paid for the upgrade to version 5, I would like to see this resolved. I tried to log a support request here: http://t...

Twonky MediaServer (5.0.25) and Xbox 360 cannot find videos
I just installed that latest version of Twonky Media Server (5.0.25) and my Xbox 360 cannot find any of my videos (says no video found in each folder) although it does display the folder. In previous versions, this was not an issue. My PS3 however can still see and play the content. How can I fix th...

LaCie EDmin 500GB and Xbox 360
I have a LaCie EDmin 500GB running version 1.1.1 of it's software and I've been using it with my Xbox 360 via the media server option. It seems to work well most of the time however sometimes it doesn't seem to connect the first time around and I would have to either switch the Xbox off an on again ...
