My ps3 is constantly disconnected from twonky, I had absolutely no problems with 4.4.2 (except for playing divx of course). My xbox 360 and mediaplayer 11 run just fine. Secondly the 4.4.3.x installer seems to be broken, it appears to be using some redhat specific packages while I am using ubuntu 7....
