Sorted it myself.
Was a bug with firmware v1.0.8 on the edmini - upgraded and all is well.

Lacie Edmini through VPN
Has anyone tried accessing their Edmini through a VPN tunnel ?
I wanted to get a secure connection and also see if I could get Itunes and Twonky working over one with Rendezvous proxy runnning but I cannot ping the Lacie drive or connect via web page or samba share.

I have my Edmini V2 configured with the adminpage to allow twonky to be configured and this seems ok streaming music locally but when you try it over the internet from work, the music pops up the player but never starts. I viewed the web source and it refers to the local ip address for everything. S...
