Re: Network errors, no artwork - help please

Check for ' characters in mp3 file names - this bug still persists in 4.4.11, despite being pointed out elsewhere in this forum last November:

Re: Noxon audio Client no longer supported by release 4.4.9 / 11

With 4.4.9 and 4.4.11, my Noxon 2 works ok but it is identified in the client list in Twonky as noxon audio v1. If I reset it to Noxon audio 2 and save, it appears to save ok but it always later reverts to v1.

Re: Bug in 4.4.6: Cover Art + ' in filenames = broken

Running 4.4.9 on a Qnap 109, PS3 with 2.5 firmware - the problem of album art not displaying on some tracks via the PS3 has been driving me nuts for some time. I've just worked out myself that it's every track with the ' character in the filename or tags that corresponds to the missing album art, th...

Re: Losing first 10 seconds of MP3 playback

I have a Logik IR100 (reciva based) which was cutting off the first twenty seconds or so of tracks when using Twonky (PC or NAS). This was reduced to about four or five seconds by altering some audio muting settings in the unit's o/s (see Sharpfin for more info). However, for users not with Twonky, ...

Re: Faulty Noxon 2

Did it say: "Seems to be a well known issue - they did not ask many questions. " above? Interesting - the new Noxon 2 device that I received from Terratec had the same problem recently. I have sent it back once again and got it back fixed. Now it's OK again. They marked it as "The hardware has been...

I'm now on my third Noxon 2 after the first two suffered this problem (crackling on one of the analog outputs). The first one was replaced by Terratec, the second was returned marked "The hardware has been modified".

It's working ok - I would be interested to know what the modification was!
