Re: Video streaming stuttering. Twonky 4.4.6 on LS-LGL
This was one of the reasons i wanted to try 5.0.x. I think the ps3 firmware is causing this, but I cant be sure. Has anyone else experienced video stopping and then sound? Sometimes they come back together, sometimes it's a done deal. Im using a LS live running 4.4.6 streaming to a ps3 using fw 2.60...

Re: buffalo ls live, ps3, 5.0.55 and navigation trees
Yeah, thanks. I had 4.4.x on it already and wanted a new feature, specifically the ability to stream large photos without them being resized by twonky. I've removed 5.0.55. It was a mess! Twonky will surely get my money when they come out with a version of 5.x that works. Until then I'll stick with ...

Re: buffalo ls live, ps3, 5.0.55 and navigation trees
I seem to have the folders some what under control, but now i am not seeing any files in any of the folders. I've tried using generic server type and a few others. When I look in the logs all the files are being listed during the scan...
It sure would be nice to get a version of 5.x working.

buffalo ls live, ps3, 5.0.55 and navigation trees
Hi, I had, i think 4.4.6 running on my ls live streaming to a ps3. I've been noticing some weirdness lately and upgraded to 5.0.55. The install script for the live version didn't work so i tried the pro version. That appears to have gone right in without a hiccup. But when i go to the server from th...

Re: Large jpg issues with PS3
I have this problem also. I almost returned my new camera thinking there was something wrong with it! I bought a new canon G10. Using the highest resolution, the photos are displayed on my ps3 at 800x600. It really sucks.
Does any of the newest versions solve this issue?

Re: Problems streaming DivX/Xvid but not H.264?
I've been having the same problem. I'm using 4.6.6. Almost every divx movie I watch pauses. sound goes first then video, then they come back together. It has just started happening in the last 3 weeks or so.

Re: The Killer missing feature...
Hi, in my humble opinion a feature almost everyone would like is DVD ISO or Folder support: having all movies ripped on HD accesible by everyone everywhere will be a nice feature! And also a very dangerous option. Any software that decrypts DVDs is on VERY dodgy ground. For starters, that software ...

scanning problem on LS Live
Hi All, Not sure if this is specific to my linkstation or if it is a bigger problem. I installed 4.4.5 last week. Afterwards I noticed the number of artists and albums shot up. Today I decided to take a look at my directories on my nas. I noticed that some artists/albums were not in the scanned dire...

Re: Are You Happy With Your PS3's Media Client capabilities?
Since sony put out firmware 2.20, divx playback has gone in the crapper. I get media is not supported in the middle of movies and it freezes. There is also a wicked bad studdering that happens on some videos. I bought a ps3 primarily for its media playback and it worked great, until they screwed it ...

Re: New Feature Requests
So the next firmware upgrade for the PS3 (2.20) is going to support subtitles in divx. Very cool of Sony to add that! I have really crappy hearing and rely on subtitles to help me figure out what is being said in movies. It would be great if twonky could do this. Last.fm support would be seriously a...

auto start on a linkstation live
Hey Folks,
I've been looking for some instructions on how to set a linkstation live, running stock firmware, to auto start twonky during bootup. Haven't had much luck. Anyone give me a little help here?
Thanks

twonky logs
Does twonky have the capability of logging songs played like firefly does? I really miss having last.fm support and i'm searching for some way to submit tracks. Is last.fm something that will be supported in future versions?

Last.fm support = purchase :)
support for last.fm would be awesome and would surely be the deciding factor in purchasing a nas with tv pre-installed.
thanks
