Ah, stupid me! I misspelled my share name... After reading http://www.twonkyforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4478 I was pretty sure that this is supported. But now I have spelled the share name correct and it is working.

I have installed TwonkyMedia 4.4.4 on my Windows 2003 Server. I choosed to install Twonky as a service.
