on some of my videos, I'm getting reported apparent running times of over 500 hours!!!!

I'm using DivX Pro. I figured it was worth the small cost to get the full thing

I've converted my .ts files to DivX, for transferability, and am streaming those (with .mpg extension)

Interesting development; I've renamed all my DivX files to have .mpg extensions... and they now all work! Intriguingly, so do XviD files

I'm using my PS3 with a Freecom FSG-3. All is good with audio and photo streaming, but Video always gives 'Unrecognised format' or somesuch. This is really disapointing, as this was the main reason (+BluRay) for getting the PS3. Why does Twonky not just 'push' out the video in its native format for ...

hmmm. hadn't realised that. I have a 1TB WD WB - I wouldnt have bothered with getting a FSG-3 as well if I'd realised.

isn't the WD Worldbook just an external storage device that uses a CAT5 connector into a switch/router/whatever? - I don't think it can take extra software

further to this. I have updated to the latest FSG firmware, and therefore updated Twonky as well - the problem with video files on my PS3 persists
