You may be trying to run a binary for a different architecture (arm vs. armel). Please paste the output of "file /bin/ls" and "file /path/to/twonkymediaserver".

I have a Panasonic SD H5 and had exactly the same problems with streaming the m2ts-files as the other users in this thread. Moving the files to a higher directory helped a little bit, now I can browse into the directories and play the individual files. But since my camera creates a new file for each...

You would have to read the licence terms, however I would suspect the licence stipulates it's only licenced to be used on the hardware it was supplied with.
