Not sure about the dates at the moment

My guess on the error, is the _cp_ stands for Control Point
and that at some point the server was in touch with one
and that when it tried to communicate with it, it failed

sadly, it seems to be a bit slow lately, not sure as to why If you aren't getting a response from those emails My tactic with that scenario for any company... - is to find there corporate contact info - or the corporate contact info of their parent company which are hopefully telephone numbers usually

If you are used twonky-i386-glibc-2.2.5-7.3-RC4.zip Then I would first try and use the final build of 7.3, as they did release a few builds for the OS but not for NAS twonky-i386-glibc-2.2.5-7.3.zip is available from http://twonky.com/downloads/ the issue is either a bug in the html and jscript, or ...

When I playing the movie with subtitle[.sub], the Twonky server closed connection or reset the connection itself. Its also possible that the client is what reset the connection in that it might have been expecting a different format for the subtitle I know that Twonky Server supports .sub subtitle....

if the license key is for 7 it will work for any version of 7.x.x, and will also usually work for any version of 6.x.x

So when you use "Samsung TV" client profile the thumbs work, interesting
When you made the client profile change, did you hit the save configuration button, at the bottom of that page?

did you restart the server after you created the ffmpeg.location with the path to ffmpeg? I didn't run into any issues getting ffmpeg to work for thumbs If you are using windows or mac, you could just put a copy of ffmpeg in the twonky cgi-bin folder no need for an ffmpeg.location file when doing that

If at all possible, I would try to connect the tv with a wired connection
If only to test to see if the wifi is causing an issue

wifi is ok for SD material
but wifi for HD even on 5ghz 8011ac it can still hiccup

you'll have to do a database rebuild for the sorting changes to take effect in the navtree
you can do this with an rpc call, as there is no rebuild button in the web interface
