sadly, it seems to be a bit slow lately, not sure as to why If you aren't getting a response from those emails My tactic with that scenario for any company... - is to find there corporate contact info - or the corporate contact info of their parent company which are hopefully telephone numbers usually

When I playing the movie with subtitle[.sub], the Twonky server closed connection or reset the connection itself. Its also possible that the client is what reset the connection in that it might have been expecting a different format for the subtitle I know that Twonky Server supports .sub subtitle....

if the license key is for 7 it will work for any version of 7.x.x, and will also usually work for any version of 6.x.x

If the web interface is not responding on the IPv6 Interface odds are that either the NAS builds don't have support for it yet, or Twonky Server doesn't support it in IPv4 multicast is an important part of UPNP and DLNA for SSDP broadcasts on some NAS devices one would have to add a route for it to ...

did you restart the server after you created the ffmpeg.location with the path to ffmpeg? I didn't run into any issues getting ffmpeg to work for thumbs If you are using windows or mac, you could just put a copy of ffmpeg in the twonky cgi-bin folder no need for an ffmpeg.location file when doing that

If at all possible, I would try to connect the tv with a wired connection
If only to test to see if the wifi is causing an issue
wifi is ok for SD material
but wifi for HD even on 5ghz 8011ac it can still hiccup
