As something is odd about what is going on
Since you are seeing the problem cross versions,

I actually just remembered another wierd behavior So say if the feeds were working, and say you had everything checked you would be getting a lot of feeds But say you went back, and then unchecked everything sometimes a restart does not gid rid of them sometimes I have to do a db rebuild this behavi...

there are a lot people on nas devices having serious issues with 6.0.32
and have since rolled back to 6.0.31

its an ie9 thing
in firefox, it worked as expected

Did you change or look at the contentbase= setting?
As I understand it this is prepended to the path's used by twonky
