Re: Navtree (How to show folders at the root solved and more
Hello Phibertron, wow, this is an impressive thread! Do you know if the following would be possible: Offer a few different options in root like "ChildrensMusic", "Classical", "Mainstream", which all point to different (sub-)directories. From there on I would like to see the normal navigation option...

Re: include iTunes media library with playlists in Twonkey 6
Hi The QPKG should be okay (the concept is fine) unless there is an issue with Twonky 6.0.34 itself. You could try 6.0.33 as that is available as a QPKG, too. I'd still recommend using the RPC for ini entries as it's easier, faster and guaranteed to point to the correct ini file. Sorry, I use Twonky...

Re: include iTunes media library with playlists in Twonkey 6
Hi The one start-up script does handle either the embedded or QPKG, and Qnap do use a bespoke name for the ini file (from memory, twonkyvision-mediaserver6.ini sounds about right). There are actually quite a few Twonky ini files scattered about on the Qnap, so to ensure you modify the correct one, I...

Re: How do I separate multiple track artists?
Hi As far as I know, the only multiple entry feature in Twonky is with the genre tags. It's a bespoke Twonky thing in that it doesn't work by creating multiple entries, but instead recognises comma separated entries in the one tag. The best way to describe it is by example, so if you were to populat...

Hi That is to be expected as the default way Twonky works means it builds its database, logs and cache files in the Linux /var directory (on the D-Link, this is simply not large enough to contain them and it prevents the NAS from booting; that's what the pink lights are all about).
