You might find some QNAP install tips here: http://www.twonkyforum.com/viewforum.php?f=8 or in QNAP's forum.
If you can't find a key by other means, you can buy one on Twonky.com. You can buy a key for any of our products and it will work with any server version.

If someone can send me a file for testing, we can look into this issue. Ideally one that is not too large. Only send me files which worked with TS 4.4, which no longer work with TS 6.0. The M3U will play if I select the station from the Twonky Media browser, so it might be a MP101 specific issue, but if you have 2 MP3 streams one that plays fine and one that doesn't, there must be something missing somewhere. Sounds like your device might not support the Windows lossless format. The reason it's working on some of the other servers is probably because they are transcoding to a format it supports (e.g. linear or MP3). TwonkyServer can do that as well if you follow these instructions. http://www.twonkyforum...

That's generally a sign that a format is not supported. Check your manual or Samsung's site for a list of supported format. One format that is always supported is MPEG-2, because it's a required format for DLNA-certification.
