How to Install TwonkyMedia to DNS-323 without Windows

Hi,
I'm trying to install Twonkymedia on my DNS-323 but don't have a Windows machine at home (just one Ubuntu box + a Mac). I have not found any instructions on this one and would defenitely appreciate help!
