open a telnet connection failed

Post by santos777 » Sun Jan 06, 2008 10:11 am

I have tried everything, searched this forum and found a similar problem but no soultion..

I have tried 3-4 fun_plugs and every known telnet for 323 but i still cant connect to my device.
I have absolutly no knowledge of unix or linux. Im on Windows..

The problem is that it says Cannot connect to 192.168.0.123 on port 23 trough CMD

The software Twonky for 323 finds (DNS-323) but gives me the message
Open a telnet connection failed, please check ip adress

whats the problem

Port 23 might be closed. Have you tried an SSH connection?

Putty is a good program that you can download for free. It's a Telnet, and SSH client.
