NMT + DNS-323 + Twonky Which video format for DVD backup?

I have spent so much time on this already, but cannot find a suitable solution. Could someone please help?
Twonky does not support ISO. This is so a wish list item.
Twonky discovers and displays VTS files horribly. Is there a trick to this?
Single Vob file is OK, but so far one bad file (not play propably), and it takes so much time to re-code all my VTS folders.
Which format is best to backup my DVDs and have it discover by Twonky in DNS-323 ?
I would like to keep the original quality.
