Twonky server alternatives for DNS-323?

Anyone know of any media server alternatives that run directly off the DNS-323? I'm sick of dealing with Twonky and their "no support" BS in terms of my NAS. I just want something that streams my movies and music reliably and actually allows my NAS to sleep.
Am I stuck running something else off my Windows computer such as T-versity or another media server and just forget about trying to get something to run off the NAS directly? Any help would be appreciated.
