TMS 6-RC3 -1 Scan Time still not working?

Hi,
I'm running TMS 6-RC3 on a DNS-323.
All seems fine except the -1 auto scan on new media function doesn't work.
I found it broke in 5.1.2 as well.
Anyone else experienced this?
Steps taken;
1. Disabled 'Restart on NIC changes' (didn't help)
2. Changed the scan time to 60, saved config, restarted TMS, changed back to -1 (didn't help)
Any ideas?
