I installed Twonky latest version 6 on DNS-323. I set it to re-scan option -1 but it never does it.
Even if I force the scan, still it is not doing proper scan. Lots of media filea are missing etc etc.
There are some hidden folders under Linux ( hd-a2\Music, Movies and Photos) but I dont have access to these folders via Windows. So I creaed my folders in the root e.g. system_1 but it scanning of media not working properly.
I will appreciate any help.

This forum is useless. You post a question and don't get any response. Looks like no one from Twonky is monitoring this fourm. No wonder this software is not getting anywhere due to very poor support.
If I don't get any support, I will keep using my pc and keep using Tversity media server which is far more supirior product. The reson I wanted to try this software was to get rid of my my pc. But Twonky does not support dns-323 NAS device then I am better off with Tversity. It is Twonky's lost. It is just not me but thousands of other customers, they are losing due to bad support. When you have this kinds of support, your days are nubered.

Well, again I think I resolve the issue myself. I was using folder name "home videos" to share videos. Looks like Twonky does not like name with two words. What I noticed was that it was scanning other two folders e.g music and photos.
So I changed the name back to videos. It seems to be working fine now.

TWonky 6 running on DNS-323. Re-scan -1 does not work.
