Need Help with DLINK DNS-320 and TwonkyServer 6.0.34 Please?

Post by archie1810 » Wed Jul 13, 2011 6:09 am

Hello,

I have just purchased TwonkyServer 6.0.34 license and installed it through the NASSetup.bat file from the extracted ZIP file downloaded from Twonky download center.

I install the TwonkyServer into my DNS-320 DLINK NAS after it is being fun_plug for telnet and also I have done the steps in this link:
http://www.shadowandy.net/2010/11/dns-3 ... ment-16976

And the TwonkyServer 6.0.34 installed successfully at least that is what NASSetup box said and it said "The server has been started with 3 links below this line"

But I failed to access the configpage URL: http://192.168.1.72:9000/configpage/index.html - it does not give me the configuration page of Twonky Server.

So I decided to go telnet into it and try to start Twonky Server one more time by Telnet mode.
But failed with the following list below... I need help please?

/ # sh starttwonky.sh
sh: can't open starttwonky.sh
/ # sh /mnt/HD_a2/twonky/starttwonky.sh
sh: can't open /mnt/HD_a2/twonky/starttwonky.sh
/ # ls /mnt/HD_a2/twonky
cgi-bin twonkymedia-server-default.ini
plugins twonkymedia-server.ini
resources twonkymediaserver
twonkymedia
/ # sh /mnt/HD_a2/starttwonky.sh
route: SIOCADDRT: File exists
/mnt/HD_a2/starttwonky.sh: line 5: /mnt/HD_a2/twonky/twonkymedia: not found
/ #

You may notice that "twonkymedia: not found" but that twonkymedia is found inside "/mnt/HD_a2/twonky/" folder.

What should I do to fix this please?

Thanks in advance for any advice is greatly appreciated.

If I run "telnet 192.168.1.72 9000" on my DNS-320 DLINK NAS which has installed Twonky inside, it gives me this below:

220---------- Welcome to Pure-FTPd [privsep] [TLS] ----------
220-You are user number 1 of 2 allowed.
220-Local time is now 15:30. Server port: 9000.
220-This server supports FXP transfers
220 You will be disconnected after 10 minutes of inactivity.

Hope it would help for troubleshooting?
I need help on what I should do please?

Thanks.

FYI: there is a different in directory structure of DNS-323 and DNS-320... HD_a2 is mounted inside /mnt/HD/.
Anyone knows how to modify the starttwonky.sh and ini files?
