Recording Video or Audio streams from Internet

I am using a demo version of http://www.wmrecorderpro.com/index.html.
It is quite good, I think I will purchase it.
However before proceeding do you have any feedback / experience with this Internet Media recorder? Or do you have any experience with other ones? Would you recommend any?
