Twonky 4.4 PS3 1.81 Track Order Wrong

I am trying out twonky 4.4 beta4 on a synology ds106j nas.
Is working out good, however some ofthe music tracks dont show in the right order on my PS3.
I was thinking it may have been the to do with the mp3 tag and tried messing about with them but with no luck..
The tracks do show in the right order when using the browser access on my PC, that made me think it was a PS3 problem but why do most show in the right order
Has anyone seen this problem before?
