There is a new UPnP client available for Windows Mobile Smartphones; LobsterTunes.
This allows you to listen to all your music when on your local network and also when you are away from home.

I have had good success with this. I now can stream all my media content on my home winxp workstation to my remote client on my Sprint Mogul PPC running Windows Mobile 6.x and I get everything. I have unlimited data so this works great.

As an alternate trial beta tool -- You can get a copy of the SYYFIRE beta browser for Windows Mobile. It will allow you to play music and display pictures on the Windows Mobile 6 platform on a cellphone. All through Twonky. I have tried several other browsers under Windows Mobile and only the SKYFIRE browser will work.
