What tool to transcode VC-1 videos for use with PS3?

Hi,

I'm looking for a tool that is capable of transcoding WMV VC-1 videos to a format the PS3 can understand (like H.264 AVC).
Does anyone know such a tool (Windows or linux)?

MEGUI using x264 and MP4Box for video and using FAAC for audio.
