Xbox360 & Twonky - plays video? which formats?

Hi,
i´d like to use twonky with my 360.
But i read, that there would be no support for video? (because of microsoft)
Since i read some posts here about video, i assume, that does video work. correct?
But what sort of video-types are supported? Is mepg2 with ac3 ok? What else ist possible?
